JOB DESCRIPTION

Located on Europe's largest estuary, the Port of Bordeaux enjoys a privileged position on the Atlantic seaboard and at the heart of a major metropolis. With its infrastructure spread over 7 specialized terminals, the GPMB is a key player in the regional economy of New Aquitaine.

The company's industrial port activities are in line with the principles of sustainable development, which combine environmental protection, personal safety and economic development.

As part of the Human Resources Department, the work-study project manager will report to a manager who will help him/her identify professional objectives and support him/her in developing his/her skills.

As part of his/her apprenticeship contract, he/she will be in charge of missions linked to the structuring, steering and operational follow-up of the Company Project.

The corporate project is the strategic approach that defines the company's vision, values, operational objectives and major orientations, and helps unite employees around a shared ambition.

 

MISSIONS :

In this context, the work-study student will be required to :

- Participate in structuring the corporate project (vision, roadmap, indicators)

- Contribute to project management: planning, coordination, monitoring of deliverables

- Prepare steering documents (committees, reports, presentations)

- Carry out strategic analyses (benchmark, watch, SWOT)

- Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions

- Participate in stakeholder outreach (workshops, internal communication)

- Participate in the structuring and management of the CSR approach

 

PROFILE : 

You are studying at MASTER 1 or 2 level in a business school, IAE or university specializing in project management, strategy, innovation or CSR.

You have the following key technical skills:

  • Creative writing skills
  • Project management
  • Good interpersonal skills, a taste for teamwork and a liking for working in the field
  • Proficiency in Pack Office
  • CANVA mastery

You know how to demonstrate:

  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Creativity and curiosity
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Team spirit and initiative
  • Autonomy and organizational skills,
  • Ability to define and manage priorities
  • Reactivity

 

THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE ON A 1 OR 2-YEAR APPRENTICESHIP CONTRACT.
