THE MANAGEMENT

Sous le contrôle du Conseil de Surveillance, le Grand Port Maritime de Bordeaux est dirigé par un directoire de trois personnes. Il assure la direction de l’Etablissement public et est responsable de sa gestion. Il se compose de :

• Ivan MARTIN, Directeur général et Président du Directoire.
• Renaud PICARD, Directeur administratif et financier et Directeur général adjoint.
• Philippe RENIER, Directeur accès nautiques et Directeur général adjoint.

THE MANAGEMENT

Under the supervision of the Supervisory Board, the Bordeaux Port Authority is managed by a three-person Executive Board.

He is responsible for the management of the public establishment.

It consists of :

- Jean-Frédéric LAURENT, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board.

- Renaud PICARD, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President.

- Philippe RENIER, Director of Access and Development, and Executive Vice President.

THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORY BOARD

The Supervisory Board is chaired by Alexandre Rubio, who was elected to this position at the inaugural meeting on October 18, 2024.

The Supervisory Board meets at least once a quarter, sets the company's strategic decisions and oversees its management.

The Supervisory Board has 18 members appointed for 5 years:

・5 State representatives
・5 representatives of local authorities
・5 qualified personalities
・3 representatives of the establishment's staff

LE DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

The Development Council comprises 30 members divided into 4 colleges representing professional, social and associative circles, as well as local authorities,
associations and local authorities. Consulted on the port's strategic project and pricing policy
of the port, the council meets at least twice a year.

・1stcollege: representatives of the port community (9 members)
・2ndcollege: representatives of companies operating in the port (3 members)
・3rdcollege: representatives of local authorities (9 members)
・4thcollege: qualified personalities with an interest in the port's development (9 members)
