JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Head of the Management Control Department , you will be in charge of missions relating to financial, extra-financial and global performance in the following areas
of :

MISSIONS :

01. Management control : by producing and disseminating real, activity-related information through :

- Production of results by activity :

・Contribution to the elaboration of the cost price calculation,

・Establishment of internal rebilling,

・Contribution to the determination of capitalized production and internal project management,

・Contribute to updating analytical allocation rules, based on organizational changes.

- Activity management: Creation of monthly activity management dashboards in close collaboration with department heads, highlighting % progress/achievement.

- Disseminating information :

・Monthly distribution of steering tables,

・Contribute to the analysis and drafting of annual documents such as management report and analytical report...

02. Lhe implementation of a CSRD approach: participate in extra-financial reporting.

03. Cost accounting : ensuring the reliability of information by :

- Management of analytical allocations according to internal reference system

・Transmission and monitoring of analytical personnel charges in conjunction with the human resources department (personnel administration service),

・Creation and updating of analytical codes within the information system and the analytical chart of accounts, and distribution to all departments.

- Verification and correction of analytical allocations,

- Updating and distributing the analytical chart of accounts as it evolves.

PROFILE : 

・Bachelor's degree +4/+5, in management control.

・You have a sound knowledge of general, budgetary and analytical accounting. You have a good command of office automation and IT tools, as well as a facility for adapting to in-house tools and software. Knowledge of the CSRD approach would be appreciated.

・Profile EXPERT on EXCEL and knowledge of POWER BI strongly appreciated.

・You know how to check and use figures with method and rigor.

・Organized, you know how to manage priorities. You are responsive and available, and you take the initiative to make the department run more smoothly.

・You have excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external work contacts.

・You have a sense of confidentiality and discretion.
