Property and Real Estate Manager (M/F)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Working in the legal department, insurance legal service and property management, the trainee Land and Property Manager will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help him/her to identify his/her professional objectives and support him/her in the development of his/her skills.
As part of his/her apprenticeship or professionalization contract, he/she will carry out tasks relating to the GPMB's landholdings.
MISSIONS :
II/She will be responsible for the following main tasks:
Updating and monitoring the GPMB's asset inventory:
・Verification of the nature and ownership of parcels, checking of deeds of origin and entry of parcels and land information in the BPM collaborative tool.
・Implementation of inventory criteria according to plot status and use
・Participation in setting up management indicators
・Participation in the preparation of notarial deeds
Update on management transfers :
・Inventory, summary of current management transfers
・Preparation of update documents
PROFILE :
You have a Bachelor's or Master's 1 or 2 degree in law, development/planning or real estate.
You have the following key technical skills and knowledge:
・Relating to land actors, the operation of the land registry and land valuation methods.
・Good legal knowledge (Public Law, Private Law), of public property and land development and transfer procedures.
・Good command of office and IT tools, as well as a facility for adapting to business tools and software (GIS).
