Setting Operator (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working in the Mechanical Workshop, under the authority of the Team Leader, the Operator-Timer (M/F) will be responsible for the following tasks:

MISSIONS :

• Preparing, setting up and operating machine tools (lathes, milling machines, boring machines, etc.)
• Production of single parts or series according to drawings
• Conformity and quality control of manufactured parts
• Routine maintenance of machine tools
• First-level maintenance

PROFILE : 

Ideally, you have a vocational baccalaureate diploma in machining, with or without initial professional experience.

In-house training will be offered on integration to complete your knowledge and help you take up your new position.

You have the following key skills:

• Plan reading
• Drawing up machining routines
• Use of metrology tools
• Sharpening knowledge

You know:

• Demonstrate curiosity and a desire to learn
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Demonstrate adaptability and responsiveness
• React to emergencies and anticipate malfunctions
• Working independently

You are fit :

• Carrying heavy loads
• Work in special conditions and positions (working at heights) and in confined spaces

There will be "trade" selection tests, as well as aptitude tests for working at height.
